    Visit members.scanhealthplan.com and click 'Sign in.' First-time users select 'Sign up' to create an account.

    Create your account with your SCAN member ID, or enter your username and password if you already have one.

    SCAN uses multi-factor authentication — confirm the code sent to your phone or email to keep your account secure.

Yes. Use the secure messaging option in your SCAN online member account to safely send messages that contain healthcare or personal information.
