Enter Your Medicare Number
Type in your Medicare Number exactly as it appears on your card (do not use dashes). You will also need to enter the coverage start date for Part A.

The system will ask you several questions based on your history to verify it's really you. Answer these carefully. Alternatively, you can use Login.gov or ID.me for faster verification.
